Polyethylene Foam for Cosplay

Polyethylene foam 33 kg/m3 is widely used in the cosplay and craft world, but more specifically as cushioning materials and filler for cosplay in armor and other costumes, and not as a main construction element. This is where polyethylene foam comes into play. Because it is lightweight, flexible, and has a soft texture, it is ideal for placing inside the armor pieces, preventing the user from chafing or discomfort after long periods of use. In addition, it acts as a padded barrier that better distributes the weight of the pieces, reducing pressure on certain areas of the body, especially in prolonged events such as conventions or cosplay parades.
