DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping is a perpetual issue for webstores and that is why we calculate the postage according to the total weight of the delivery and its packaging not making any profit on shipping costs.

Please, take into account that we will not process any orders during weekends or national bank holidays, so we will always talk about working days and not calendar days.

The 24h or Courier shipments are very sensitive to the previous and subsequent holidays due to saturation in the transport companies so, under these circumstances, they could be delayed some additional day.

When you checkout, you will be given quite a few shipping options such as:

(1) International Registered Letter (7-15 working days to Europe)

This international delivery may take around 7-15 working days after payment. If payment is done during the weekend, add two extra days to the delivery time. We use the Spanish National Post Office. Once the package gets to your Country, it will be your National Post Office in charge of delivery.

Important: Registered mail with TRACKING NUMBER. Take into account local bank holidays for delivery time calculations, since it may be longer.

In the event that any package is returned, we will send it again prior to payment of the new postage.

Delivery time:

- Within Europe: 7-15 working days depending on the country.

- Outside Europe: 7-20 working days depending on the country. Canadian, Australian and Mexican customers may need to wait a week extra due to the slowness of their Customs Offices.

Delivery times are just ESTIMATED.

Insured delivery up to 40€.

(2) International Registered Package (5-6 working days ONLY Europe)

This international delivery may take around 5-6 working days after payment. If payment is done during the weekend, add two extra days to the delivery time. We will use the company DPD (service DPD Classic). This type of delivery will have two different tracking numbers: the Spanish tracking number and the international tracking number. We will not have the second one, till the package gets to your country. Contact us in case this second number was needed.

In the event that any package is returned, we will send it again prior to payment of the new postage. 

Delivery time:

- Only Europe: 5-6 working days depending on the country.

We will normally use this shipping method in orders with shipping costs of over 10 euros. It will depend on each different country.

(3) Courrier CORREOS EXPRESS - Home Delivery (2-3 working days) ** ONLY SPANISH DELIVERIES

48-72 hours Courrier Service with home delivery.

The delivery time of 2-3 working days will depend on when the order is received and the time we have to process your order and summon CORREOS EXPRESS. All CORREOS deliveries will try two times to deliver the orders in your place so it is very recommendable to let us know your telephone number in case you wanted to be contacted. The parcel will remain for 15 days in the closest Correos Post Office branch to your place prior to it being returned to us. Returned parcels could be delivered again if new postage was paid.

This kind of delivery will never be delivered in post office boxes.

(4) Courier SEUR - Home Delivery (1 working day) ** ONLY SPANISH & PORTUGUESE DELIVERIES

24-hour Courrier Service with home delivery in Spain and Portugal. Note that these types of shipments are very sensitive to the previous and subsequent holidays due to saturation in the transport companies so it could take an additional day.

The delivery time of one day will depend on when the order is received and the time we have to process your order and to summon SEUR. All SEUR deliveries will try two times to deliver the orders in your place so it is very recommendable to let us know your telephone number in case you wanted to be contacted. The parcel will remain for 15 days in the closest SEUR branch to your place prior to it being returned to us. Returned parcels could be delivered again if new postage was paid.

Balearics islands deliveries may take +1 extra day for delivery.

Not available for the Canary Islands due to customs and taxes restrictions.

This kind of delivery will never be delivered in post office boxes.

(5) Courrier TNT / SEUR Courrier (2-3 working day)

Courrier Service with 48-72h home delivery. It will not be available to deliver at post box offices.

The delivery time of 2-3 days will depend on when the order is received and the time we have to process your order and summon TNT. All TNT deliveries will try two times to deliver the orders in your place so it is very recommendable to let us know your telephone number in case you wanted to be contacted. The parcel will remain for 15 days in the closest TNT branch (or partner in your country) to your place prior to it being returned to us. Returned parcels could be delivered again if new postage was paid.

- 48-72h to EUROPE.

- 72-96h to US/Canada.

This kind of shipment will have two tracking numbers: a Spanish tracking number and a few days later another international tracking number. Please, request this second number if needed.

Customs charges and administrative fees, if any, always will be due to buyers as we don't know whether this shipment will generate or not any additional charge.

(6) Pick up in Spanish Warehouse (1 working day)

RETURNS POLICY

Before returning any order, the customer must contact us in the first place by email.

(1) PRODUCT RETURNS

The Return Policy of Green Stuff World S.L. is based on giving our customers the right to return any product purchased that does not conform to what the Customer has asked or simply does not want it anymore. The satisfaction of our customers is a priority for the Green Stuff World S.L. team. For this reason, upon the arrival of your order, we recommend checking and ensuring that it is received in accordance with the specifications of your order form.

In any case, the product you wish to return must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please contact our Customer Service to authorize the return. Once we have received the returned goods and confirmed that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the cost of the products, but not the original shipping costs or the cost of returning the product.

If, upon receipt of your order, you find that it is missing a particular item or part, please contact our Customer Service. The missing item or part in an order will not be in any case a reason to return the order. Our team will review your case and give you an answer as soon as possible.

(2) WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR IT IS JUST NOT WHAT I ORDERED?

In case of a return result of our error, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item at our email support@greenstuffworld.com, Order number and pictures of the problem or package will be requested to be checked and resolved as soon as possible.

(3) ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

- We will not accept returns or exchanges on customized items.

- We will not accept returns or exchanges on any item with an expiration date (such as sculpting putties or glues), as well as pendants or underwear (due to hygiene issues).

(4) WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO REQUEST A RETURN?

The deadline is 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

(5) STATE OF THE PRODUCT FOR RETURN

The product must be in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging.

If articles were damaged, used or manipulated the return will not be accepted, and thus, neither the cost of the product nor the shipping cost will be returned. We would reserve the right to refuse the refund if articles were returned in unacceptable conditions, missing parts or pieces from their original state.

(6) EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER

Buyer may request an exchange of product, provided that:

- The product must be in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging.

- The value of the new product must equal to or less than the returned product.

- Customer will bear the shipping cost for the returned items and for the new shipping cost.

(7) HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

 To do this, please follow the following procedure:

  1.       Send an email to support@greenstuffworld.com with the order number in the email subject. Add an explanation to be able to understand the reason for the return.
  2.       Attach pictures of the articles that you wish to return in order to confirm their status.
  3.       Pack properly the items/order to be returned and ensure they include their unopened original packaging including all pieces of the set.
  4.       Once your return is authorized, it should be sent to our warehouse at Green Stuff World S.L.: Calle Chelín, 24, PI Atalayas, Alicante (03114), Spain.
  5.       We reserve the right not to accept a return that has not been previously authorized by our Customer Service.
  6.       It will be the customer’s responsibility to send the articles back and to make sure that we will receive them.
  7.       If the product is damaged during the return, we will send pictures of the new conditions of the product, and we will not admit the return.

(8) REFUND

Upon receipt of the returned article/order and confirmed it is in satisfactory condition, we will proceed with a refund of the cost of the products, but not the original shipping cost, nor its return shipping cost.

If requested, instead of refunding the money, we would send a ticket gift which could be redeemed for future purchases.

All payments will be refunded to the original PayPal account, credit card or bank account from where the funds came out.

We reserve the right not to proceed with the refund if the articles were returned in unacceptable conditions.

(9) REFUNDS CALCULATIONS

If the return is due to you having received mistaken, defective or damaged articles, original shipping costs will be also returned.

If the returned articles had been sent along with others, then the shipping cost refund will be proportional according to the total weight of the articles.

When the return is for other reasons, provided that the goods arrive us in perfect condition, the refund will be only the cost of the returned product. In this case, no shipping costs or returned shipping costs will be refunded.

(10) TIME TO RECEIVE THE RETURN

Refunds are usually made within 10 working days of the return being authorised and if we have all the necessary information. Please note that banks and some credit cards may take longer to be processed.

Why 10 days? Our quality department must check all returned items and confirm that they are in compliance with our returns policy. Once the refund is authorized, Green Stuff World S.L. will proceed with the refund in the same account from which the payment was made.

(11) WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND AN ANSWER TO MY DOUBTS ON THIS PAGE?
