Excellent and heads up on a few things

This is excellent and definitely the Blackest Balck out of all the paints I’ve found. You won’t be disappointed there, but (while none of this is negative) it’s nice to be aware of a few things.
First, once applied it has a sort of textured look as if what you’ve painted is a really fine velvet. I put a clear gloss topcoat over mine though and it smooths out the appearance.
Second, this is noticeable blacker than anything you put it beside, but it’s not a visual void. Meaning in natural light you’ll be able to see the shape of whatever you’ve painted. That being said you do get that void like look from across the room.
Finally, this paint is super THICK. Like, one of the thickest paints I’ve ever worked with. So much so it doesn’t want to come out the little spout on top and you have to take the cap off. I’d suggest getting a 60ml empty bottle to put in a paint to thinner mix of 1 to 6. Once mixed though it works great and the high mix ratio means 60ml will last you a long time. Just know to have a spare bottle and thinner ready to go.
