I’m going to sculpt a half eaten human torso, feebly crawling away from its ravenous belly maw.

Baking off scraps of shirt and the pauldron, then onto the hands, which give me cold sweats to sculpt. Maybe one of them was eaten already….

Screaming antelope base sculpts are coming together. Next step is hair/ears on the sacrificial torso, then ragged clothing and entrails, leading to the Screaming Antelopes belly maw.

Blood will of course be filling the pentacle trough/flowing into the statues mouth. I’ve done a similar motif on a few bases now, and really dig the look and vibe.

Sculpted the face out of beesputty. Found it a touch harder to work with than Sculpey, due to tackiness, and didn’t really note anything to write home about until I baked it.

It cures into a solid hunk of plastic. Hard as a rock. I could huck it against the wall. Going to be a fantastic medium to cast from, if/when I ever get there as a sculptor.

Side note. I hate how terrible I am at sculpting. I know I literally just started, but it is frustrating to be so much closer to getting my minds eye with paint than putty.
